About Nevil Brewer
My aim as a real estate agent is to provide 'good old fashion' service and in doing so, help you achieve your property goals.

This includes being ethical and transparent in all my dealings with buyers and vendors, being a strong negotiator, being available outside normal business hours, and striving to assist both vendors and buyers have a positive and profitable experience when selling or buying their home or investment.

I specialise in selling properties from the northern suburbs of Metropolitan Melbourne through to the Mornington Peninsula and surrounds.

I started in real estate in 2001 and have worked for several well known companies throughout the years

I took a break from real estate sales a few years ago and worked as an Owner's Corporation Manager, which gave me a better understanding of the complexities involved in Owners' Corporations.

I am now working with Atrealty because I can offer vendors far better service than when I worked for the other companies inclusive of lower selling commission, low vendor marketing expenditure and taking the time and necessary approach to achieve the best possible outcome.

My formal qualifications include a Degree in Civil Engineering, a Diploma of Education, Certificate IV in Real Estate and Certificate for Agents' Representative.

My past full-time employment includes working in the Engineering Department in the City of Croydon, a secondary teacher, a bank officer and a Centrelink officer.

My past part-time employment includes selling furniture, a smorgasboard attendant in the former Swagman Restaurant and a metropolitan taxi driver.

With my acquired knowledge, life skills, honesty, integrity and ethical standards, I endeavour to make your property selling and buying a positive and profitable experience.
