One of the best realtors I have dealt with.
I would rate Viet as one of the best realtors I have dealt with. The reasons are as as follows: (a) he has great communications skills. He gave sufficient notice to the current tenants about house inspections. (b) he contacted the vendor regularly by text and email about offers. (c) Lastly, as his favourite four-letter word is SOLD. He proved that he can deliver his promise. He sold the property ONE WEEK after the contract was signed. I would recommend Viet to any seller in the Springvale area.
