House 21a is a modest one bedroom cottage within the Coombabah Caravan and Relocatable Over 50’s Park which is located next door to Coombabah State High School. Such a handy location. The residents are very friendly but all enjoy their privacy and living within a bushland setting close to transport.

The home although small has a surprising amount of space within and one of the biggest undercover entertainment balconies within this Park – it overlooks the yard and garden areas – sp very private.
The kitchen has good cupboard space and the kitchen window faces north – enjoy the morning sunshine.
There is a separate dining area with the laundry behind a concertina folding door.
The bedroom is compact but has an en -suited shower and toilet and built in wardrobe.
The lounge area has quite a large space for Tv and lounge setting as the present owner has many cupboards and display cabinets. From the lounge you step through the sliding glass doors out onto the deck and enjoy the garden aspect, quietness and solitude – except for the visiting kangaroos that wander throughout the Park. Joined also from time to time by koalas. This is a special bushland setting to enjoy the flora and fauna on offer.
This Park is not “pet friendly due to the kangaroos roaming throughout.
The recreational amenities are a swimming pool and bbq area and plenty of bush walks.
This Park comes under the Over 50’s Manufactured Homes Legislation and so you purchase the house only and lease the land . The weekly Site Fee is approximately $228 and this includes your water charges and the lawns being done.
An ideal location for the independent person who likes their own space and doesn’t rely on organised social events. The neighbours are neighbourly and are very nice but they do treasure the peace and quiet.
