Lynne began her career in residential property sales in Brisbane and Ipswich, quickly earning a reputation for her expertise, integrity, transparent communication, and genuine care for both buyers and sellers. In 2003, she established her own franchise real estate business in Ipswich, later expanding to Brisbane. During the franchise period, she was recognised as one of the franchise’s top-performing sales consultants in Australia and received an international award for her sales achievements. Her talent for building long-term relationships and managing outcomes with diligence and persistence has made her a trusted name in the industry.

In 2025, Lynne was honoured with an REIQ Fellowship, recognising her unwavering professional conduct and outstanding service to the real estate industry.
