Here you can completely get away from it all in this great weekender. Set high on the hill you’ll find it difficult to drag yourself away from the spectacular views of the Blackbutt Range. This property presents the perfect aspect so that you can enjoy the magical sunsets over the range and together with the peace and tranquillity of Teelah Heights there really is nothing more relaxing and regenerating.

The main shed is 15 metres x 8.3 metres (incl verandah). (3 bays and a double carport). Lots of room for family and friends. It features 2 whirly birds to keep the shed cool, and a pot belly stove for wintery nights. The shed is well lit with several windows and a sliding glass door. Two solar panels provide “off the grid” power (w batteries) for all your electricity needs. The bitumen apron around the shed makes for easy access to and from each shed in wet or dry weather and at night. There is a fire pit, with a grill for cooking on, or just gather around the fire for a tale or two with good friends. A seasonal dam on the property attracts deer, wallabies, birds and other wildlife for the delight of nature lovers.

A rain water tank provides water for the outside shower and toilet. The Utilities shed is approximately 2 metres x 4.5 metres.

Teelah Heights is a small community set just 15 minutes drive from Blackbutt. Voted the friendliest town in 2008, the town is still welcoming and friendly. With its police station, schools, medical centre, dentist, vet, pharmacy, news agency, hotel, and a wide variety of other stores you have all the conveniences within close proximity. For the golf enthusiasts the Blackbutt Golf Club is only 10 mins drive away. The school bus route passes the door. The long term average temperatures range between 17 and 29 degrees providing almost perfect weather in a beautiful location only 2 hours drive from Brisbane.
