Banora Point is a town located in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia in Tweed Shire. SPORTS:

Due to our climate, sports play a major role with residence and visitors to the area. If water sport is your fancy, there is surfing, diving, skiing, canoeing, fishing and beach walks in our copious waterways and beaches. Play a round of golf or bowls or enjoy catching a game of football in any of the codes, hockey, cricket, soccer, netball or volleyball at the numerous venues. The Magic Millions is an annual event at the Gold Coast Racecourse or visit the local Murwillumbah track for regular events. If you like a more sedate type of activity, many clubs offer competition pool and darts for your enjoyment.

SIGHTSEEING:

If bushwalking is your thing, the gorgeous Mt Warning, Mt Tamborine, Springbrook and the Natural Arch are a must.
