Right from the beginning I could talk honestly with Eleni about my expectations for the sale, and any advice she gave me was always given with respect and a desire for all parties involved ( meaning sellers and buyers) to be happy with the final result. In fact, the final price exceeded my initial limited expectations by quite a lot because I didn’t know the true value of my unit. Prior to the first open home inspection she took really clear and informative photos for the prospective buyers to view, then made sure all the flyers went to the most likely to be interested parties, which involved a lot of being in the hot sun, but she made the extra effort. During the initial days there were many interested parties, but it always had to come down to just one buyer, and I noticed that Eleni kept a comfortable distance so that I made the decision myself. There was always a sense of me being guided by a helpful, honest, experience and thorough agent, so I always felt calm throughout the selling process. Everyone was polite and courteous to each other which reflected the manner that you conduct your daily business. All in all , even though I never give them out of ten, this times It’s eleven out of ten because of the extra effort that eleni made.
