About Tom Boyle

I’ve called Moreton Bay home my whole life, so you could say I know the area better than most. From Caboolture units to Blackbutt acreage, I’ve bought, sold, renovated, and managed it all. Before real estate I spent years as a property investor and even owned a small body corporate company, so when it comes to strata, rentals, or investment strategy, I’ve walked the walk (sometimes in steel-caps, sometimes in dress shoes, but mostly sneakers).

These days I lead RU Property Group, a boutique agency backed by @realty’s national systems. My focus is split between sales, growing a hands-on rent roll, and helping investors secure smart buys. Whether it’s a townhouse in Burpengary, a lifestyle block in Moore, or a rental in Kilcoy, I bring the same approach: straight-up advice, smart marketing, and a relentless focus on results.

Clients tell me what they really like is that I keep things simple, honest, and human. No jargon, no over-the-top promises, just a clear plan and the energy to make it happen.
