ABOUT LEE HEELEY
I have had a passion for real estate for over 35 years and my experience in both Local, National and International real estate operating across all markets, has been extensive. I am a licensed real estate agent in both NSW and Queensland.
Starting in my father’s real estate agency in Caringbah, NSW I was the first licensed real estate women allowed to present on the EAC listing bus at age 17 to all the old boys. By 18 years of age, my brother and I were the top selling waterfront specialist in the Sutherland Shire.
After a brief sojourn whilst my two boys were little, my real estate passion took me to Cairns, Queensland where I worked in general real estate specialising on the Northern Beaches. The very successful McKellar Development Corporation asked me to become The Marketing Director and we went on to develop and sell out many projects from acreage lots, housing estates, new homes and Resort Development Investment units which I marketed in Australia, Japan and Hong Kong.
My husband and I met at McKellar 30 years ago, and have bought, sold and developed projects together in New Zealand, New Caledonia, Fiji and Australia. We also established a housing company where we designed and marketed luxury timber modular homes and exported them all over the world including, Hawaii, New Zealand, Seychelles, Samoa, Japan, Fiji and India.
In the last couple of years, we have been buying homes and renovating them and love improving homes in the best locations. Flipping homes is so much fun. Maybe your home is our next acquisition or maybe you just want my expertise which I am delighted to offer.
