Andre has been in the property industry since 1982 and has developed a wide and varying experience in both general brokerage and specialist areas of the industry.

After spending the first 10 years establishing himself as a top performer in the Tweed-Coolangatta region selling mostly beachfront units, main street commercial and residential management rights, Andre transitioned to Project Marketing of both highrise unit towers and, later, land subdivisions for PRD Realty Head Office.

During the 1990s, Andre began to work for developers directly and was responsible for the marketing of unit and housing developments for several developers including the publically listed Berela Limited where he managed the in-house sales team. During the 2000s, Andre focused on sourcing development sites in S/E Queensland for a range of developer clients before the GFC struck essentially ending the demand from developers for properties with development potential.

Following a stint as Residential Sales manager at LJ Hooker in Surfers Paradise, Andre has worked independently to manage the sales of hinterland sub-divisions and rural and semi-rural properties as well as an @realty Associate for General Brokerage activities in the Gold Coast-Scenic Rim region.

Andre has the depth of experience in both good and bad times to advise and service his clients regardless of their needs and requirements with the assistance and support of the National @realty agency network.
