You will need to use 4WD low low to access the block ….. if you have never taken your 4WD off the tar road , this will probably scare you !
PLEASE dont ask for the address.. you wont be able to do a DRIVE BY.. its a trek to get to the gate and there is limited phone signal along the way and NO STREET SIGNS to help and your car GPS probably will send you to a very different locality if you try to guess . It can only be accessed from ONE road…. Not Woodgate road or The Mt Glorious road …. the access is remote.
Getting buildings on a flat bed truck or caravans in would be a challenge to say the least with rutted roadways and overhanging trees… and as I have mentioned already :- it is a 4WD Track… LOW LOW Gear , basically whatever you can bring in on the back of a 4WD ute is what need to be thinking of , that is until you purchase the block and do up the easement !!!!!!!!!

159 ac of Wilderness. There is a steel shed ( dirt floor ) and an old caravan. around the caravan and shed is relatively flat, then it rises from there with Wolfs creek ( dry creek) is at this location .
Bryden is not far from Fernvale or Somerset Dam… but not suitable to tow your boat in and out , unless you dont like your boat… !
