He was professional in all our dealings with him, and worked the negotiations so that we and the Vendors achieved a mutually rewarding outcome. Once the contract was signed Carey did not drop us like a hot potato as has been our experience with so many other Agents. He regularly communicated the progress of the Contract, liaised with both Solicitors to ensure everyone was on the same page, and was present at the time of settlement to hand the keys over.
