We were very grateful to have Ian to assist us to locate a property suitable to move our most precious asset into. You see we are parents of a uni student and being from out of town on a limited budget we were in desperate need of sound local advice to locate a safe place for her to live hassle free while finishing her studies. We had been searching for our first home more than 6 months non stop. Anyone can image how many real estate agents we get to know every single weekend. I’m sorry to say I can understand why majority of buyers are irritated by this profession and why they have such a negative reputation within the public.
