Peter and I would like to thank you for all your help not only finding us our new home but finding us somewhere to live prior to settlement.
We had been looking around and met a number of agents over a few months but you listened to what we hoped to find and what we expected to pay.

As we had SOLD our home in Brisbane and not found an apartment to purchase you found us somewhere to live on a short term tenancy till we purchased. This removed a lot of pressure from us.

It is a privilege for us to be able to acknowledge the effort and service which Janet Harris undertakes on behalf of both her Sellers and potential buyers. We have over the years purchased and sold a number of homes in the U.K., New Zealand and here on the Gold Coast and in the course of that time have seen many real estate agents at work. We can honestly say that Janet is right at the top of the League Table.
In our experience she is rare amongst real estate agents because her exceptional inter-personal skills are forefront as she gains genuine empathy with both seller and potential buyer. With a most natural non-pushy friendly manner she identifies quickly with the sellers’ situation and is able to relate accurate market value to the price expectations and has too much integrity to overstate in order to win a competitive listing. Qualifying potential buyers in order to match their real needs is another skill and this happens almost without the prospect knowing she has lifted their guard. This will obviously save a lot of time for both parties. Being able to match benefits to needs is not a universal skill.
Janet must be “gold dust “ for any Real Estate Agency. Her person to person skills are second to non as she so quickly gains the confidence of clients without effort. On the Gold Coast we would never entrust any real estate transaction to anyone else and we would always recommend her to our friends and with total confidence.
The ‘ JANET EFFECT ‘ has amply been demonstrated again this week. Ex colleagues of ours are over from NZ to sell their Broadbeach unit and on our recommendation met with Janet last Sunday.
