Buying and selling a house is a very stressful activity. Julie made the process easy. She clearly outlined the process and answered all of my questions.

I particularly liked the way Julie researched the housing prices in my area. She gave me information on what had sold in the last six months similar to my house and was very knowledgeable about how prices were trending. Unlike other agents I have dealt with Julie provided realistic advice and backed it up with evidence. She kept me informed on all aspects of the process, good and bad, not just what she thought I wanted to hear.

Julie managed the negotiations with prospective buyers very well. She was clear and calm with her advice. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed to accept something I was not happy with. Julie spent as much time as necessary to ensure a successful outcome for all parties. On a personal note Julie was very warm and patient with my mother who was suffering with dementia.

I will always appreciate and be thankful for the time and effort she took with Mum to ensure she was not distressed during the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie’s service as a Real estate Agent. The next time I need an agent I will definitely contact Julie. I am happy to discuss further if necessary.
