Karen was fantastic to work with

We live in another state to where our property was located. To have someone with Karen’s experience and work ethic was very comforting. Karen was always approachable and not at any stage were we wondering what was happening with our property sale as Karen always kept us up to date with the activity of the sale. We initially had a sale but nearing to settlement the first purchaser failed at the last hurdle. It was a phone call Karen didn’t want to make! But it was only a week or so later that Karen had received another offer from a interested party with even a greater offer! We accepted the offer and we have now parted with the property! We couldn’t rate Karen any higher than 5 stars as that was the highest available!!!

Selling a unit in South Brisbane.

Karen was always very professional and nothing is too much for her.
I had a complicated problem with two car parks with the South Bank Corporation that were attached to the unit and after some great detective work she sorted it out, which meant the sale went through.

I also used @realty conveyancing who spent a lot of time and effort beyond what they originally thought and they still only charged me the original quote.

I would recommend Karen to anyone who wants a no-nonsense and authentic person.

Wonderful Organisation and Communication
We live in New South Wales and listed our investment townhouse in Queensland with @Realty. Karen was very knowledgeable and timely in providing us with all of the information and documentation we needed throughout the sale process. Due to an issue with the bank the first time around we had to relist the property. Karen got it back up on the site and we had a buyer again within a very short time. The second sale went through without any problems and we’re very appreciative of the effort Karen put in for us to sell the property so quickly after our tenants had to vacate during the first attempt.
