Given his 23 years of local experience exceeding client expectations, including holding the record for the sale of the highest priced property in the area (in all of Warner, Albany Creek, Eatons Hill, Cashmere), it’s no surprise that Len is one of the most personally referred agents in his area.

Len goes above and beyond in project managing the preparation of his client’s home before they come onto the market. Len has an eye for maximising his client’s sales profit, with a long list of recommended trades professionals at his finger-tips, to ensure his client’s property looks it’s absolute best, attracting maximum buyer interest and the highest offers possible.

Len has lived in the Albany Creek area since 1996, building 3 homes during that time in Eatons Hill, Albany Creek and Cashmere, and renovating several others. Len knows this area well, raising his 3 children through the great local schools, sporting teams and friendly community, that have helped them develop into successful young adults, now in their own professions – a lawyer, a radiographer and a high school science teacher.

Prior to commencing in real estate in 2000, Len was an Army Officer (Major) experiencing postings over 13 years to the Royal Military College (RMC Duntroon), Holsworthy, Singleton and most notably in 1995 with the United Nations as a peacekeeper in Rwanda and a Military Liaison Officer to the Australian High Commission in Nairobi, Kenya.
