Neil began his real estate career in 1988 and has established himself within his chosen field over the past 36 years having always been involved in property throughout this period here on the Gold Coast.

Neil has held numerous positions from ownership of his own nationally branded real estate offices, to senior sales management positions and national real estate corporate appointments.

Over this time Neil’s roles have taken him to all parts of the world including America, South Africa, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and China all relating to the marketing and promoting of Gold Coast real estate orientated businesses.

Neil who has been a Justice of the Peace since 1993 has held numerous positions within the real estate industry the latest appointment being (now complete) was chairman of the Queensland Residential Sales Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.

Neil was honored in 2015 by being invited to join an elite group of real estate professionals and become a Fellow member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland to which he proudly accepted.

Prior to joining the @Realty group Neil owned and operated Sanctuary Cove Prestige Property which was a boutique residential agency that exclusively marketed and sold prestige property within Sanctuary Cove.

Also under the banner of Royal Pines Prestige Property Neil will continue his sales success within that resort where he and his family have resided since 2004.

With over 36 years property experience within the central Gold Coast area and being involved in excess of $950 million worth of sales Neil can boast a wealth of knowledge and experience gained.

One valuable lesson Neil has learnt is that no one property, vendor or buyer are the same and as an agent you must be prepared to be flexible to adapt to each individual’s situation.

Fully aware of the responsibilities that are bestowed upon him Neil has been for many years been acknowledged for his straight forward and honest dialogue as well as the high level of discretion shown at all times.

Neil is delighted to be part of the @Realty organisation and believes that without doubt this new age of real estate practice will lead the way forward within the real estate industry benefiting not only real estate agents themselves but sellers and buyers alike.
