I am Paivi @ Realty, I have lived locally in the Logan area since the early 1980’s. I have completed many renovation, development and building projects in the area since 1993 when I began my personal property journey.

Our experience with Paivi throughout the sale of our house was outstanding. Paivi thoroughly understands the Springwood/Logan marketplace and she provided excellent advice on how best to present our property to achieve the best price. We undertook some minor renovations and, based on her recommendations, used a furniture staging company and marketed the house through an online auction. Paivi cultivated buyers before the house was listed and kept us informed throughout the process.
