Wayne was originally from Brisbane but had been coming down to the beautiful Tweed Coast since he was a young teen holidaying with his family at his uncle and Aunties holiday home. His great love for the Tweed Coast, especially Cabarita Beach led him to move his family there in 1989 over 34 years ago to grow and raise his family in such a unique and special place. Wayne joined the real estate industry in 1995 with LJ Hooker and quickly due to his previous knowledge and skills in marketing and sales was inducted into the LJ Hooker Captains Club, a club that’s membership represented the top 15% of LJ Hooker salespeople in the country.

Since leaving the LJ Hooker franchise Wayne had been the area sales manager for Seascape Real Estate and decided now to go out on his own as @realty. Wayne’s great communication skills and industry knowledge makes the sales process as painless as possible for both vendor and buyer. He prides himself on qualified feedback on the sale’s progress ensuring they can relax knowing they are in good hands.

Wayne is well known in the local Tweed Coast community for his support of youth services and local sporting clubs, as either an active member, president, director, or committee member. Wayne works hard to achieve the best outcome for both seller and buyer, saying goodbye to owners that have lived on the Tweed Coast is hard, but welcoming new residents to this wonderful area is very pleasing to him.
