I have dealt with many real estate agents in my lifetime and can hands down say that Kera has been the most down to earth and genuine agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From start to finish her responses were swift and always in a timely manner and everything was just smooth. My partner and I couldn’t ask for a better agent and we couldn’t recommend Kera highly enough

Lauren

Her knowledge of the market and strategic approach ensured that our house was priced competitively and attracted a lot of potential buyers.

Throughout the entire process, Kera was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. She kept us informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and answering all of our questions promptly. Her attention to detail and exceptional communication skills made us feel confident and supported throughout the selling process.

I cannot recommend Kera highly enough. Her expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer service made the selling process smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for a top-notch agent who will go the extra mile to achieve the best results, look no further than Kera.

Once again I take my hat off to Kera Thomas and Rifet from @realty who carried us through another successful transaction for the sale of our residential property. As with some property sales there are unforeseen logistical hurdles or extensions but Kera guided us through the process with professionalism. She kept us abreast of every movement and was available to take our calls above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks to you both, a formidable team!

Anita

My experience with Kera when we appointed her to sell our apartment was flawless. I am an overseas investor and had been communicating with Kera for 1 year before making the decision to list with her. From the beginning to the end of the process Kera went above and beyond my expectations and was extremely proactive in setting up viewings and providing prompt feedback. Her knowledge of the market, handling of potential buyers and good relations with my tenant ensured a positive result. She achieved well above the asking price we were expecting and then managed the buyer to completion of the process. I would thoroughly recommend her as a personable, friendly real estate professional who gets the best price for the her clients whilst ensuring the best outcome can be achieved according to the market.

Daniel

I have the greatest of pleasure in recommending Kera who has sold 5 properties for me. Every phone call, every meeting, has been a pleasant experience. She is a delightful person, intelligent and quick to turn around paperwork, advertising, make clever suggestions. I found her to be totally committed to achieving my targets. Never a cross word, always enthusiastic, always accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I heartily recommend her, she will go the extra mile with a smile. Best wishes always Kera ….

Lorraine

Living in West Australia and selling on the Gold Coast you have to trust your agent and we couldn’t be happier with Kera, she kept us informed all the way. We received what we wanted and had a smooth settlement.
Thanks Kera, we will recommend you to all our friends.

Made my experience so pleasing!
Kera delivered the upmost sincerity and confidence to me throughout the entire process in purchasing my first property. Her communication was consistently comforting and attention to detail was at the highest standard. As a first home buyer I was very inexperienced and needing guidance and she delivered on every level. I highly recommend Kera to anyone looking at getting into the market for any kind of property.

Tim

I am extremely grateful to have had Kera as the agent for the property that I purchased. I met with a few agents and looked at several properties both in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast and the one I purchased was the one I really fell in love with. Kera provided a high service level far and beyond my expectations, she was there every step of the process, always friendly, professional, and kept the lines of communication open, honest, and transparent from day one of which in the end provided for a simple, easy and wonderful outcome for all.

Purchasing this property became quite stressful, unfortunately the settlement took longer than anticipated due to a few unexpected and challenging process delays from my end. I am so happy that Kera took the time to understand the situation and was able to advise the seller that I was genuine in my intentions to buy this property and provided the appropriate time needed to settle. I have now settled and so comfortable and pleased with my new home. Thank you Kera I have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends and will be calling upon you when and if the need arises in the future.

Kera is the most professional Real-estate Agent I came across
Kera has a wide market knowledge. A client can leave all at her and trust her, she will do it right. It all runs stress free and it is best to leave it all at her suggestions, this will bring the quickest result. Once a client has been working with Kera will properly always use her again. Her communications are outstanding. She is always available any time of the day and even weekends. She will reply as soon as possible and listen to any issues. Kera acts very professional, she has learned her job and is trained to do always the right thing. It is a pleasure to work with her to sell or buy a property and it is fully stress free. She is a natural Real-estate Agent. I have used her since well 6 years, and will stay with her as long I have properties. Anybody who wants a stress free life to sell or buy properties should give Kera a try and see for themselves. I wish Kera a successful business life, she deserves it.

We appointed Kera Thomas from @Realty to manage our rental unit 2 years ago, during this period she provided a professional, affordable and friendly service. She was always available for any issue that arose and diligently monitored the care of our unit, always maintaining good relations between our tenant, herself, and ourselves. Then we appointed Kera for the sale of our unit just before the unexpected Covid19 Lockdown period. The prospects of selling a property at the beginning of the lock down period were slim, but Kera called us back within only a few weeks to alert us that she had found a buyer for our unit. Once again we felt very confident leaving the process of the Sale of our unit in Kera’s hands. The Contract of Sale has settled and all parties were satisfied with the negotiations. Kera is a unique Real Estate agent that provides honest service, we will endeavour to keep her business card close by for future property decisions and would highly recommend her for anyone considering to appoint @Realty Real Estate Agents.

TOTAL SATISFACTION, and then SOME !
Having over the years had a great deal of contact with Real Estate Agents, whilst selling my various properties, it is with ABSOLUTE and GENUINE pleasure I write about KERA THOMAS.
I cannot speak too highly about Kera, she is an outstanding example to The Real Estate Industry.
She has an inbuilt sense of Honesty, Integrity, Commitment and last, but far from least, Communication.
Were I in the Business of Real Estate, it would be an honour to have her on my Team.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND KERA.
As a landlord, we are so pleased we have entrusted Kera to manage our investment properties. Kera is efficient, honest and reliable and nothing is too much for her to do. Kera is always available and willing to follow up on any issue that arises and has a great knowledge and insight of the area. We cannot recommend Kera more highly, it has been a pleasure dealing with her from day one.

Very helpful, highly recommend!
Rifet helped us every step of the way when buying our first home he was very patient and helpful in all aspects. From always being there at the end of the phone to answer any of our questions (even the silly questions) to helping us locate a solicitor at the last minute. Our experience with Team Rifet & Kera has been amazing and it has helped the process of buying our first home much easier than we thought. They’re service is outstanding and we would definitely recommend them whether your buying or selling a home as the relationship he had with the seller was also good too and he seemed to help them out as much as he helped us out, definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much for all your help and for the lovely moving in gift it was a lovely surprise! ☺️

Tom & Jade

Great agents! They complement each other very well and offer high level of combined service.
From the very start I felt comfortable with both Rifet and Kera, particularly with Rifet as he was my first point of contact. He listened to my needs and supported the plan and vision had for the sale of my property. They kept open homes every weekend including scheduled inspections during the week. I was always made aware about the status with regularly updates and feedback. Both agents were able to find potential buyers from interstate and from local suburbs. Rifet is a an easy-going fellow and not the typical salesperson. He is upfront and very helpful and supportive all the way up to settlement. We could not ask for a better team than Rifet and Kera.

Abiel & Ruth

Very practical info and feedback on areas we were looking at. After contract was complete Kera went out of her way to access property to get measurements we needed for ordering furniture. Some remedial work was needed by vendor and we were so comfortable with Kera’s professional manner felt on her recommendation we didn’t need to do a pre settlement inspection. Will be recommending Kera to friends and family

Ken & Donna Pascoe

Kera provided truly exceptional service. From suggesting properties, suggesting lawyers, pre-settlement inspection, moving-in assistance, handing-over of keys, and welcome gift. Could not have been any better. We highly recommend Kera.

Graham & Karen

We were so impressed with Kera’s dedication to sell our Labrador unit. She achieved above asking price and a 3 week settlement. Kera had a hard job to sell as the unit next door was selling for $20k lower. Kera worked with everything we asked and achieved a better result than expected. Great work Kera we would highly recommend you and will definitely be asking you to sell for us again. Thank you 🙂

Helena Murnane
