Sale of Bateman Property
We had lived in our Bateman property since 1992 – so it was very much our family home. My daughter had used Linda a few years ago and she did such an excellent job we decided to give her the task of selling our house too.
Her marketing skills were very good – excellent photographs, advertising within the Chinese community and of course on realestate.com, bold signage and home open every Saturday and Sunday until the home was sold. We had lots of interest and Linda worked all possible leads vigorously. Our final purchaser made many offers, but Linda knew our final price and she worked hard to obtain what we wanted.
Settlement went smoothly and we were even able to lease the property back for a few months. Just prior to handover all parties met at the property – Linda was very gracious to welcome the new owners with a lovely bouquet of flowers. Well done Linda – little touches like that a very important.
All in all I would have no hesitation to use Linda as my agent again.
