During the process of my house purchase, there was quite a few obstacles due to the seller and sellers solicitor not completing their contractual obligations on the day of settlement. Lynn had to do a lot of extra work and travel to bring the sales contract to completion. While this was very stressful for both Lynn and myself, Lynn kept me informed of the issues that had arisen and we negotiated with the seller’s solicitor, to extend the contract settlement date, to accommodate the seller’s situation.

WOW!!! What a rollercoaster and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to ride it with. THANK YOU Lyn Sills At Realty for selling my family home among the COVID19 drama. The house was sold within a week of going on the market, just before covid which unfortunately saw the sale fall through because the banks were restricting loans. Then within days of that, another contract which again fell through because of Covid restrictions… again within days we had a new contract and today the house settled.
