Mark’s extensive real estate career commenced in Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast in 1991. Having lived and worked in the area with his family for over 30 years, his local knowledge is second to none. He possesses elite negotiation skills and a proven record of achieving optimal sales results.

Mark has won multiple awards working both within the franchise model and as an independent operator including establishing his own successful shopfront agency in Cabarita Beach in 1999 operating for more than 20 years. Today, he works as an independent contractor, focusing purely on listing and selling. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mark. We first meet him him at Seabrae court. We missed the open house earlier that day and Mark returned to show us the house on a Sunday afternoon. He even brought a ladder so we could inspect the ceiling space. Based on his insight, casual nature and sense of humour Mark seemed to be a trustworthy man. We eventually purchased at Edward Ave. I always felt at ease with Mark. He was honest and open in his dealings and I believe he worked in the best interests of both parties.
