I recently employed Robert Kabacznik · to facilitate the sale of my house at 1 Bella Court in Morphett Vale and I couldn’t be happier with outcome of the sale or the level of service provided by Robert,
When originally interviewing prospective Real Estate Agents I chose Robert as be showed enthusiasm and genuine interest in my property which he demonstrated by immediately identifying key features and benefits of the residence.
Robert had prospective buyers interested in the property before it even hit the market and I was amazed when he not only sold my property at the first open house inspection, but he also negotiated a sale price which was above my maximum asking price. Unfortunately, the contract fell through, however Robert was very reassuring and sold the property the very next weekend and again achieved the same sale price with the original contract.
What has impressed me even more since then is that Roberts’ level of service didn’t just stop at the sale of my property. He has since gone out of his way to assist me in finding a new resident to rent, something which I was finding extremely hard to do in today’s rental market.
My experience with Robert has been nothing but positive. Not only did he achieve an excellent result with the sale of my property, but his level of service has also been exemplary from day one. He truly made me feel that he was selling my property ”with” me, rather than just “for” me.
I would not hesitate to use Robert again in the future If I ever have the need and i have already recommended him to both a family member and a work colleague who are looking at selling properties in the near future.
